Appearance: Even though he has a naturally darker complexion, hair, and eyes, his hair does have shades of auburn to it.  He is lean but not scrawny and he holds himself regally.  He tends to dress in Amber fashion but tends to favor Tamyr accessories.  He keeps himself neat and clean even when working on a project.

Known History:
Born in the southern part of Tamyr among the cities and monuments.  He the son of Brand and Princess Nanshe, the younger sister of Asarluhi, Lord of Kuara, in Tamyr.  The Prince then adopted him as his own because there is honor that comes with having an Amberite in the family. Even a bastard.  Although, they don’t use that term.  They use My Son’s Brother.

Gareus was given the best education in Tamyr.  He also attended all necessary courtly functions and often assisted the Prince in operating Kuara.  He is an artist, enchanter and noble.

He was collected by Brand and Bleys.  When asked why he was being brought to Amber, Brand would very begrudgingly admit: “He seems to have a small spark of talent that, if properly guided, may be of some use to Amber…. some day.”  Usually, with Bleys or Fiona prodding him.

Oh…. And there is usually small dragon perched on his shoulder.
