Ulle was born to the Uirtag people of the northern Burneal Forest. Flan in ancestry, but from an isolated group that survived the displacement and violence of the earliest invasions.

He stands around 5'5", with a stocky, powerful build. His arms and legs are short and thick while his chest is especially broad and deep.

He possesses a bronzed Flan complexion with shaggy mahogany hair and deep set amber eyes. His head is fairly flat on top with a pronounced brow. His nose is wide and flat.

His clothing consists of the furs of various beasts stitched together into a sort of tunic with another layer on top in cold weather. He carries a flint tipped thrusting spear and a satchel made from the hide of a faun.
