Caile Birdsong is a Frailer with a shadowy past. He claims to be a minstrel and plays the part well with his ornately carved flute, from which he is he able to conjure mesmerizing tunes. But the pain in his eyes, the scars on his chest and the worn grip of his broadsword tell a different story.
Typical of his kin he is slim and sinewy, with androgynous features and fair skin darkened from exposure to the sun. His slightly pointed ears proudly proclaim his mixed heritage under his cropped black hair as do his slanted, auburn eyes.
He is dressed in a leather harness strapped over a dirty linen tunic and well-worn woollen breeches tucked into a pair of sturdy soldier's boots. His shield and helmet hang from the backpack slung over his shoulder and his weapons are cinched to his belt.
