Some girls are born to fit in and some are born to stand out.  Chelsea is firmly in the latter category.  Standing five-eight, the teenager has a willowy build that could easily make its way into modeling if she didn’t hate showing off skin so much.  She has the looks to match, with long, blonde waves, fair skin, and blue eyes almost always accented by a smokey eye makeup.  She isn’t the typical fashionista, though, preferring to stick to punk or rock, with perhaps a hint of goth accents.  She usually has on a pair of tight pants, often leather, boots, and an ever-present leather jacket.  Her tops vary by mood.

If looks weren’t enough to draw the eye when she enters a room, her energy does.  There’s just an intensity about her that makes people take notice, whether she wants them to or not.  Usually, this presents in a challenging, bad girl vibe, only reinforced by the general RBF and the cigarettes she frequently smokes.  Even the way she moves contributes, between the cool confident grace and ‘I dare you to eff with me’ looks.  She definitely has bad girl down.  This comes with its own unique set of problems as she tends to draw the attention of the wrong sorts – bad boys or people trying to earn some sort of ‘street cred’.

This has worked to give her a reputation of trouble-maker, which she cultivates.  Only those she’s close to or who have bothered to get to know her realize that it’s really all a mask.  Beneath the layer of anger and behind the well-earned walls is a strong-though-broken girl who has been through hell and back, yet still come out her own person.  She’s slow to trust, but when she does, she’s all in and you’d be hard-pressed to find a more loyal friend once you’ve earned it.  Despite the RBF, she’s also very quick to smile.
