Isa van Drakk has the easy, measured stride of somebody who has walked many leagues in lands the free peoples wouldn't dare bring a horse. Her gear is well made, well cared for, and well worn. There's a rifle slung at her back and a sword hung at her side (though only the former weapon seems to have seen much use). The trade pioneer has red-gold hair, and has kept her fair, freckled skin pale through a combination of unguents and shading it with long sleeves and a broad-brimmed hat. She's none too tall and lightly built, casually pretty in a way that could be cultivated to beauty if she bowed to her father's wishes and traded boots for ballroom slippers.

The youngest daughter and wayward star of the Hammerhal van Drakks, Isa's reputation has been built on daring and discovery rather than profit (though she has made enough of that to save her father and brothers from despair). She's cautious but rarely hesitant, with a confident, almost breezy approach to trouble that can be annoying despite (or perhaps because) of her native charm.
