Steiner is relatively flamboyant and excitable, he wears traditional light mithral parade armor... often fashioned for the local region. Shiny, bright, colorful, but still with colors and patterns that dont blend relatively well with natural colors. His cloak sashays and flairs as he moves, sometimes aided with a flick of the wrist or a kick of the heel.

And yet, for all his flair and flamboyance, his steps are quiet and his gear is tightened to not jingle or dangle.
