Description: Seung Lei is average height and has a slender, slightly athletic build. She was pampered in life, so her features are naturally soft and feminine. Seung is physically attractive and often dresses or moves in an enticing way to draw eyes and attention to her. Some might even suggest that Seung is intentionally provocative. However she is rarely seen at any sort of group or important social event without style and class in the same league as Riley Ishikawa. That is where the similarities end. If Riley was to be called a bully, Seung would be an outright bitch, since she is easily agitated and lacks the subtlety of the more socially adept Toreador. That said, Seung is no fool. She has a razor sharp wit and is rather intuitive when surrounded by the right company. She is socially acceptable and a far better ally than enemy.



Brief Bio: Seung Lei is cousin to Juan Lorenzo. Her own sire, Cassidy St.Croix is broodmate to his sire, Deborah NicAdams. This would imply that Seung has the same natural aptitude for Thaumaturgy that they do. However, among her clan, Seung has been largely criticized for lacking self control and flexibility. She is by the extremely high standards of her peers, a one trick pony. This has caused Seung no small amount of irritation.  This makes her extremely competitive, and at times, incredibly stubborn.

Seung's biggest ally within the clan, aside from her own sire, is Juan Lorenzo, who seems to enjoy her sharp wit and flashy, in-your-face style as it is often seen as resembling his own. Seung has been seen in the Archon's company fairly regularly in more recent years and it would appear as though she has become something of a protege. This relationship has no doubt boosted Seung's confidence as well as her status as a Harpy. It's even better that she gets along with his favored childe, Tessa.

Seung has had a longstanding love/hate relationship with Taki Ria-Kyogoto. The two have often bickered back and forth, and while it is rare for Taki to reduce herself to petty jabs, she has been known to make an exception in Seung's case. The reverse is also true. While Seung Lei is often too canny to risk taking shots at someone so far above her own level of status, she makes an exception with the Sheriff. The opportunities to criticize Taki come few and far between, so when they do show up, Seung goes out of her way to voice her opinion. Interestingly enough, this pseudo rivalry is easily put on hold when it comes to clan unity in the face of a threat that could damage the clan's position or influence. Despite Seung's cattiness and occasionally lackluster performance, she is a Warlock first and foremost. Loyalty to House and Clan come first, and anyone foolish enough to forget that is in for a serious world of hurt.

Outside of the clan, Seung is the leader of the 1UP coterie with Mary Jane Clemmons, Franky Giovanni, Jill Turner, Corazon Castillo, & Bob Johnson. The coterie has established itself as the major proprietor of Street level influence and keeps tabs on the Anarchs. 1UP, at the behest of city leaders has also splashed out into monitoring clubs, gangs, and college campuses for potential infiltration by the Sabbat or Anarchs looking to stir up mortal trouble.

Seung Lei has always had a thing for the Japanese tuner car and racing scene, and can often be found hanging around Team NOS's usual hot spots looking for a race, a party, or both.
