Description: If Carl wasn't a Nosferatu, his ethnicity would be obvious. But since he's a Nosferatu, his hideous, monstrous appearance is usually the first and only thing anybody recognizes. He was a black man in life, just around average height with a lean, but muscular build. His eyes are a bright orange, his head is bald, and his posture is bent slightly forward. Carl's personality is just as aggressive and vulgar as it looks. Clothing is whatever he can find that makes him look thuggish, brutish, and tough.



Brief Bio: Carl likes to think he's the bad ass in Team Nosferatu, and to several Anarchs, he probably is. Carl walks and talks like an Anarch. While it's harder to blend in because of his appearance, Carl is quick to start trouble and pick fights. He usually backs up his threats by using animals - particularly ghouled dogs.

Aside from being something of an animal handler that runs an illegal dog fighting ring, Carl has been known to fund torture porn. He is also involved with insurance fraud, identity theft, and spying on the Camarilla. Carl is generally considered to a nuisance by the Camarilla kindred and an annoying but occasionally helpful member of the Anarchs.

Carl has no status to speak of and his influence is limited to whatever low level criminal or street connections he makes. He does have some money though, all cash. It's presumably gained through theft or fraud, and often from dog fighting. Carl relies on other Anarchs to to make deals and set things up. He is one of the main "faces" bullying the Caitiff and stirring things up with the Brujah
