Description: Harvey is a polite, but weathered and somewhat distant man who addresses people as sir or ma'am, even if they look younger, less dignified, or have no position of authority. He is casually professional and succinct, maybe even a little terse or blunt. Harvey isn't one for political speech or flowery pros, but he is also careful enough to keep his thoughts to himself and pay attention even when he disagrees, unless directly asked. If it is an area of interest or expertise, Harvey can open up pretty quickly. Harvey's appearance is occasionally a little disheveled, like he just woke up and hasn't had any coffee yet. But when the situation requires a suit and a tie, Harvey is pretty good at blending right in.



Brief Bio: It should come as no surprise that Harvey is a military man. His father was a Navy Man and his grandfather was one of the first German pilots in WWI. Harvey was a Vietnam veteran and a SEAL. He made it to the rank of Chief, and had the sort of reputation that was trusted by senior officers and enlisted grunts alike. After the war, Harvey floundered around doing useless, menial work. He suffered two divorces and took up heavy drinking.

Harvey's sire has long since gotten himself destroyed by one of the many attempts the Sabbat made trying to get into San Diego. But Harvey himself had little to do with the assassin by that point. Shortly after that, Harvey took the opportunity to pick up his sire's assets and take over where he left off. He's done clean up work for both the Camarilla and Anarchs. He's been involved with surveillance, and helping the previous Sheriff ambush targets. Harvey has always played the role of neutral assassin or mercenary.

Harvey was always aware of Penelope and her brood, but he was never involved with them or their secrecy. He was never really involved with Luther, either. However, now that the Assamites are going by the name Banu Haquim and serve the Camarilla as allies, Harvey is on board. The structure and rules suit him nicely. The favors and influence he collects actually mean something now. In this regard, Harvey has found himself supporting Luther more than his secretive Primogen who seems to not notice or pay attention to him (which he's completely okay with).

Harvey is known to have connections and allies among the Navy officers and security firms (both mercenary and civilian) operating in the region. He's also fond of charities that help wounded and homeless war veterans. It comes as no surprise that Harvey is always armed.
