Description: Penelope is absolutely gorgeous and uses it to her fullest advantage. She leads with her cleavage, tiny waist, and big brown eyes. She plays on being socially submissive and sweet. She looks almost too tender and young to be taken seriously. She dresses well, though often in such a way that seems provocative and dated. Corsets and long skirts or long dresses with splits clean up the thigh and plunging necklines are extremely common for Penelope. She also acts like it takes her a moment to understand English or Spanish while she translates. But this is just something Penelope does. She understands English and Spanish very well.



Brief Bio: Penelope has one mission. Rid the world of Deborah's bloodline. She has spent nearly a century lying in wait, hiding in the shadows, and observing. Now she has Deborah, Gwen, Seung Lei, and "Dragon" plus his ever growing brood all in the same place at the same time. Penelope absolutely hates the Tremere, specifically The Dragon, who fed on her repeatedly as a mortal and got her addicted to the Kiss. It was so bad that her older sister, a demon hunter, went after him and never returned. Penelope later learned that her sister was turned by the western barbarian "Cainite" and took up revenge as a motive.

She was embraced by an Assamite, Fidellio Sanatoga, a Spaniard of Moorish origins who had lost two broodmates and four childre to Dragon, his sire, and her own Broodmate Gwen. Penelope's sire had made the mistake of trusting Seung Lei to betray her older members of her clan in order to acquire more power. Instead, Seung turned on Fidellio, and he too was destroyed. Penelope is the last of her sire's legacy, and as far as she knows, the Warlocks have no idea who she really is.

Penelope has spent the last century perfecting her martial abilities and learning to blend in as somebody not to take too seriously as any sort of threat. She has quietly and subtly entrenched herself in San Diego, starting with the obvious: ChinaTown tongs. While she would like to expand, Penelope has found that the Brujah, clinging to whatever influence they can hold in the wake of going Anarch are unwilling to cooperate. The Ventrue, too, have more than enough influence and seem to continually expand with ease. That leave Penelope and her brood stuck with Luther Jennings, a clan member almost as old as her and more popular with several debts from important kindred owed to him. The only thing keeping the balance of power tipped in her direction is a lack of support from her rival within the clan.

So far, any and every attempt by Penelope to enlist Kyoko Kyembogabi to her side of things has failed. She doesn't understand why, either, since Kyoko could easily step in, unify her clan, and threaten the Tremere's position. To that end, Penelope has decided the Brujah are more likely to be enemies than allies, despite the obvious assumption the Anarchs will need a literal army to take on the real powers in San Diego.
