Description: Isabelle is a strong mixture of German and Italian lineage. She is absolutely stunning, in a trashy, porn star type of way. However her voice is sultry and smoky, with a heavy, husky tone that has been known to entrance the Roses when she starts to sing. Isabelle was also "38" at the time of her embrace, meaning she was a lot older than she looked. Isabelle is incredibly popular, at least on first impressions with the Anarchs due to apparently punkish-rebellious-hellion style. However, as soon as her lineage and true allegiance is revealed Isabelle tends to draw scorn (usually in the form of Envy) by those who dislike her ability to truly express freedom.



Brief Bio: Isabelle is actually native to San Diego, at least as far as her embrace goes. She had been a ghoul in the Giovanni family since the 1920s and managed to maintain as a position as a Nazi spy operating all throughout Italy, Spain, and Portugal prior to American involvement. Then she was sent to Mexico where she operated all along the border up until the Kennedy assassination. After that she returned to Italy to further her education into the occult, only to one again be used as a spy in Berlin during the height of the Cold War. Somewhere along the way Isabelle's cover was compromised and she was given to a new master that used her in Vegas, El Paso, Phoenix, and San Diego.

Isabelle's sire was destroyed by the 2nd Inquisition and her younger two broodmates were picked off by Mexican Sabbat. She doesn't have a direct connection to the other Giovanni without going back as far as Imelda's grandsire. She does occasionally get some flak for not being a proper Giovanni, but this has mostly passed given how the clan has changed and adapted over the last 10-15 years. Isabelle gets along quite nicely with Miranda, and has a love-hate relationship with Franky, whom she ceaselessly torments like a little brother.

Isabelle may pretend to be nice, and she does occasionally mind her manners around proper kindred. However she has a mean streak and flamboyant attitude that eventually leads her into making enemies. With the exception of Miranda, most kindred that have dealt with Isabelle would say that she is just as likely to pull a double cross as she is to come through on a deal. Wiser kindred recognize that this is done on purpose as a defense against being too reliable, and subsequently, approached more and more often. Isabelle truly does value her independence.
