Currently, the first thing one notices about Rafe is... how utterly normal he is. His appearance is closer to that of an accountant or a legal assistant than any of the other rumors one might have heard.

His belief that the details matter is evident both in his demeanor and his personal care, as if one carefully studies, every detail from the tips of his hear to the soles of his soles is cultivated deliberately, like one would a garden. His dress is usually very formal, preferring to be overdressed for a casual event than underdressed for a formal event.

Should he be observed in private, one would notice smaller details that give hints as to who he is now. The deliberate accent, designed to blend into where ever he might find himself now, falls for rural French. The controlled and composed facade falls and one gets the sense that he feels like he can breathe in private.

The most remarkable thing about him is that he is rarely, if ever, seen out and about during the day.
