Jasmine Williams was an exotic dancer from Portland Oregon.

Born in Spokane, Washington, her family moved to Portland when she was fifteen.  Home life was rough, and she didn't have a lot of options in life.  She wanted to go to college after high school, but there was no way her parents were going to help.  She got a job at a club where her boyfriend was a bouncer.  It wasn't ideal, but it earned her a sizable paycheck.

Everything was going great until I fan got some wrong ideas.  She had rejected him as gently as possible, but he did not take it well.  The next night, while she was going to her car, he attacked her.

Her body would be found the next the morning, bruised and bloody.
