Tristan Chalant, once a nobleman from Waterdeep some say he was a member of the House of Wands, who was born without an ounce of magic to his blood. Other's say that he stole his Uncle Wand's secrets and sold them on the open market. Rumors are varied and wide about Tristan. Some of the few that have been heard are as followed.

I. He has a demon lover.

II. He killed his Uncle and that is why his uncle has not been seen out and about.

III. He killed a celestial and took their wings.

IV. He is the lover of a dragon in the Cloakwoods

V. He takes in those who have low self esteem and uses them to his own purposes.

What is truth is Tristan is a merc for higher and he doesn't look at alignment when he takes on his jobs, he looks at gold pieces. Some call him a savior, others call him little better then a vagabond or cut throat. He calls himself practical.
