Francisco Domingo de Polonia hails from Spain and has been active since the 17th century.  Originally a soldier by profession, he demonstrated ambition, ability, and results... enough to be inducted into the Lasombra clan.

From 1761 to 1998, he reigned as the Archbishop of New York City.  In 1999, for his role in spearheading the successful Sabbat sieges of Atlanta and Washington D.C, Polonia was ordained as a Cardinal of the Eastern American Territories.

Polonia has the political acumen to lead and cajole, but his intolerance for failure is well known.  It is also considered 'career suicide' to remind him of his sunburned appearance.
