Few Panders make it to the rank of Bishop and this local Spanish lad has done just that.  Luck and a willingness to do the 'dirty jobs' has allowed Cayo to succeed, but nobody forgets to remind him of his lowly 'lineage'.  The moniker of Beggar was not his own creation.

The Beggar and his crew dwell within the worst of Madrid's neighborhoods.  Few have bothered to challenge him for the 'worthless' turf.  Like Carlos, he too was promoted to Bishop by Lucita (for reasons unknown).
