Better known as Mercy, Allisandra is a Toreador Antitribu of the Sabbat Inquisition.  Few like her, many despise and/or fear her.  Mercy commonly dresses in her Knight's Armor (all the better to fight and apprehend cainites with).  She isn't beautiful but Mercy has a stylish way about her... if one likes torture, intimidation, and violence.
