Red hair, wild and uncombed, falls below his shoulders, and his bushy beard reaches the center of his chest. His blue eyes smolder with fanaticism and often have an otherworldly shine. He certainly looks the part of an ancient god of thunder and lightning.Octavio is known for his prophecies, which are however often so vague and emigmatic that nobody ever take them seriously. He claims God has granted him revelations about the times to come, and speaks to him through even the most mundane items. He is seer of sorts, motivated to pursue esoteric goals by the voices of angels. Embraced centuries ago by a Roman Malkavian, he found himself slipping into torpor when the legions were recalled to Rome, and awakened in the 9th century when Obuda began developing around him. As he was again awake among the Cainites, the madman began wandering throughout Hungary, without a permanent home. Although his words are considered rants by most Cainites, Octavio obtained some respect from the prince of Buda-Pest. Vencel said to have benefited several times from the omens of the Malkavian.
