Stan is a by the book kinda guy. Rules mean something to him and people who disregard them are reckless and can be dangerous. He's been throuh the fire and nearly had his throat ripped out but healed with a propensity to clear his throat often. If you are honest with him he is often wiling to look aside at infractions, but he will not abide deciet. He can smell a lie a mile away so best not to try.
