Skarciss is dressed in ragged robes of a dull, brown hue. His face is shrouded in a heavy cowl; glimpsed inside is what appears to be a human face with tanned skin that appears stretched a bit too tightly over the bone. A further inspection reveals eyes covered in what appear to be dirty bandages, giving him an unsettling appearance.

Strands of silver hair can bee seen when the cowl shifts, and if the unsettling 'man' deigns to smile, he reveals crooked, mismatched teeth.

He is often seen carrying a staff of what appears to be blackened iron, with strange etchings upon the metal.
