Geneveve Greenthorne

Geneveve was always an interesting contrast.  The halfling woman always dressed in dark colors, with almost formal, flowing skirts and robes, but with an oddly bubbly personality and an insatiable curiosity about the world.  Her long hair was flowing past her narrow shoulders, and sometimes partially obscuring her large dark eyes.

She tends to dress like a scholar, because, despite a somewhat mediocre ability in that area, that's what she considers herself to be.  Geneveve travels the world,  studying Arcana and magical phenomena, documenting everything,  especially what she doesn't understand, which, admittedly is most of it.  Bit she's always trying to discover and understand more.
It was this curiosity that led her to make a pact with ancient powers, promising to uncover lost knowledge and artifacts of bygone eras.  She uses her newfound warlock abilities to push further into the wild and dangerous places of the world, to discover more.

The halfling is frail and emaciated, even for her race (she often forgets to eat), but she's nimble and resilient, perhaps more due to stubbornness than physical fitness.  The warlock is charming and easy to like, almost despite her best efforts, as she pretends to not like or care about people (though people, she knows, are the best places to talk about what she's learned).
Her search has rendered some physical rewards as well.  Her prized possessions include a magical haversack of holding, a magical mithril chain shirt, and a magical sling (since her beloved warlock's Eldritch Blast isn't useful against everything).

She managed to get a magical familiar as well, and occasionally, if necessary,  doesn't dispel the illusion that she is a wizard, knowing that warlocks have a mixed reputation in many areas of the world.   Her familiar is a raven that speaks the Common Tongue, though not incredibly well, named Reginald Von Featherton.
