Baldin is a medium sized dwarf with a lithe physique that is normally dressed in fighting leathers. While not heavily muscled his body is toned from many hours of weapons training. Unlike many dwarves he wears his red hair short, cut barely below his neck and favors heavy sideburns to a full beard, while his green eyes display an unusual intelligence for a dwarf. Across his back is slung a crossbow while belt loops allow for easy access to both his warhammer and throwing hammer.

When speaking his tone of words generally display a kindly nature but there is a firm undertone that brooks no argument and it's obvious that he is someone who has been in a position of authority at some point.
