Captain of the City Guard Kao Shan is known for the blade he carries it is said to be an artifact, and it has never failed him. Kao Shan is well liked by the people, is noble and respectable he does not give any a reason to worry of his words or his action, because he is true in both.

He can often be found at the Tavern having tea and a meal when he is off work.
