Mum-Ra-Lud
Mum-Ra-Lud is a young man with emotionally-hollow eyes and shaven head; with paint about his eyes in an attempt at intimidation, but truthfully to hide their sullen, vacant appearance. He wears a plain brown robe ... all the better for travelling inconspicuously.
He walks with a slight limp; has done so from birth, and so he doesnt really notice it. But, although its not necessary, he has developed a habit of holding, and leaning on, a staff. He mutters to himself when hes aimlessly performing the mundane, day-to-day chores, and often gazed off into proverbial space when hes thinking/considering.
Hes known for his saying It is what it is as a way of brushing off what he doesnt have an answer for. And lately, hes taken to gently proclaiming, The Sun sets, tis true; but rises again: he is trying to sound prophetic and wise (suggesting that while things might look bad, the situation will change for the better), but it likely doesnt always come off that way.
