Commanding Officer of the U.S.S. Magellan, Captain Aaron Rushing is a well-built and hale Human male somewhat past his middle years. Neat and orderly, he is also quiet-spoken and carries himself with a sense of gravitas that reassures his team. His long and distinguished career has been marked by rare moments of excitement, but for the most part Captain Rushing has upheld the vital work of keeping Federation space safe and secure, rather than forging into unexplored space or committing to First Contacts.

His command style is typically very direct, and he isn't known to mince words. Some whisper than this might be one of the reasons he hasn't been chosen for many diplomatic missions, but the truth is entirely different.
