Flicker is of average height, completely covered by his costume. The costume is all pinstripes (black and white).

Wilton Primentare, Ph.D. is not too tall, and more physically fit than a college professor has any reason to be. His features are regular, his hair is brown, his eyes are blue, and he's not the sort of person you would notice in a crowd.
