Aria

Aria is a short half-elven woman with piercing emerald eyes and short brunette hair that lies across her shoulder in a Kiraf faith braid. Her cheek has been branded with the traitor's brand, but she has grown adept at concealing it with make-up since her arrival in Taymoor. She is a bookish sort that enjoys recording history and collecting new knowledge, and she dreams of one day creating a grand fortress-library with enough guards to drive off a small army. When dragged out of her books, she is happy but curt. She is an eloquent speaker who can effectively make herself heard. She has disliked fires ever since she was driven from her home in Kewold.

Around her head, an ovoid Ioun stone that has been painted a forest green bears the stylized elven symbol-pair for lore-keeper. She wears a set of hide armor with strips of hide hanging in an armored skirt. Hanging on the sides of her armor, a rapier rests on the right, while a shortbow and quiver lie on her left. Inside the quiver, the standard set of arrows sit there as well as a pair of sunrods. Underneath her armor, she wears a thick woolen gambeson and a long woolen skirt. Her cloak lies heavy upon her shoulders, and her backpack carries a blanket and bedroll strapped to a pair of rings.

Aria left her home in Kewold after the shrine to Kiraf where she lived was burned down by the villagers in retaliation for a Sirione raid that captured a hunting party. In anger, one of the raid's survivors led the villagers to lash out at the local clergy of Kiraf since they were the closest things to the wizards that they could exact their vengeance upon. The survivor accused the clergy of being Sirione spies and collaborating with the raiders. During that night, she and her fellow clergy members were marked with the traitor's brand before being cast out to find their way in the lands of Eimlas.
