Danielle Grimm, in life, was an Accountant and was very much confined to the 9-5 lifestyle. Although there was nothing wrong with this, Danielle personally wanted more: the restrictive schedule and repetitive work bored her. Nonetheless, Danielle swallowed her discontent and worked to pay the bills. After a fashion, Danielle decided that she was fed-up, and decided to quit her corporate job and hit the open road.

But on the day that Danielle planned on skipping town, a terrible traffic accident suddenly and violently took away her life. However, something inside Danielle's soul clicked and refused to slip away so suddenly and without fanfare. Thus, Danielle was doomed to haunt the city, until she got a glimpse of the supernatural world under the surface.

It's been twenty years since her death, but Danielle can still recall the events accurately. She now uses her newfound incorporeal form to reach places in the city seldom seen, and peddle the secrets found there. However, Danielle can feel her mind slowly slipping away, and sometimes falls back into her old routine: making cups of coffee she can't drink, or absentmindedly wandering to the places she frequented in life.
