Born in Igham ( East of Axbridge, West of Hesards Ford ) in northern Albion Arielle Wood is a young woman of below average height with dark hair. Quietly spoken and awkward around strangers she was an ill fit for the sleepy village lifestyle.

Her father was dead, or so her mother claimed, though she did hear other gossip growing up that he simply left or was never there to begin with.

Quiet, quick-witted and good with her hands she fell in with poachers.  Things went well for a number of years....until her compatriots ran afoul of Balavan the Forester whilst poaching in the Barons woods.

Since that time, and rather thankful at not being hanged, Arielle has served as his assistant...to the consternation of a number of young yeomen.
