She'd considered a bicorne, but thought they were too big for her head and didn't work with her hair. However the black tricorne she'd found worked well, and she'd even paid some old biddy with a needle to take in the jacket to fit her properly, and to put embroidered white filigree and roses on the tricorne to match the jacket. It wasn't quite the level of swag a captain needed, being scavenged from the ill gotten gains of others, but it was a step in the right direction. Her next uniform must be bespoke, she told herself. |
