Anton has the Carthian Movement well in hand, though at the moment their interests lie more with Kine than Kindred. There was so much hope, when Anton came to the States. Hope for Democracy, for equality, for opportunity. That with Kine moving into such a new way of living, that they might influence Kindred to exist and grow as well.

Unfortunately, the race riots of 1919 were detrimental to the cause and Anton is working to lay new groundwork. Kine do not always move fast enough for Anton, and the setbacks mean there is a current of tension in everything the Carthians do.
