Flamescale appears to be a stand out Kobold. Granted he has the small stature of the reptile folk, but his scales seem to glow with an inner fire of thier own. His veins are visible with a burning light within. He also shimmers, as with a distortion of heat. This gets more intense the more he calls upon his inner fire.
