Description:

Charles is a very average person at 34.  Everything about him is average, thus no one really notices him.  He just seems to fit in, which is fine with him.


Background:

Charles began his adult life as a lawyer.  He was good at it too, until the day
he got caught with a judge's daughter.  This precipitated a move west.  He settled in a small town and became a local sheriff.  Unfortunately, as an elected official, these types of jobs didn't always last that long.  Out of work and knowing he could never go back to Hampton, he moved further west, doing whatever was needed to get by, part-time jobs, posses, bank guard, robbing banks, even a 6 month stint as a sheriff in another town.  When that dried up, he decided to go further west, hoping this "new" land might offer better prospects.  He befriended some folks along the way, doing some mercenary jobs with them, and now they were on a train together.
