CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
Standing slightly taller than average at 5'7'', Phoebe is a slim woman with wavy blonde hair. Her eyes are gray with hints of blue and green in a way that seems to change depending on what color clothing she's wearing. She's fit in the sense that she moves around a lot for her job, but she doesn't go out of her way to exercise.

Her chest is on the smaller end, and she often exploits this by wearing cut-out tops and plunging necklines, figuring she doesn't need to worry about anything falling out. Most of the time though, her style seems to be a casual, girl-next-door type of look. She has a bright disposition, an easy smile, and a somewhat clumsy or dorky air about her.

CHARACTER'S BRIEF BACKGROUND:
Phoebe grew up with and still lives nearby her grandmother, who's also a psychic human. Most of her other family have cut her off for insisting on pursuing her 'interest' in the occult. She works as a freelance journalist and most of her life has been pretty average, barring her ability to learn about people and objects through touch. It's unclear exactly when she started learning things this way, but Phoebe remembers being told she was a creepy child so she figures they have been there most of her life. Seeking refuge against her status as an outcast, she quickly turned to comics and superheroes and has always hoped that her powers are meant for something great. She seeks out occult happenings and runs a podcast on the subject in an attempt to find others like her or proof that there is something more to life.
