Pulgh, when he is seen, looks like any of the young orphans in the streets.  Thin and dirty would be a good general description.  He wears some better clothes than most street urchins.  He wears a leather jerkin, that was too big for him, and has 3 large tears in the right side as if three claws ripped it open at some point.  Loose fitting pants of a grayish color and worn leather shoes finish the outfit.  The only thing that really stands out is the near feral look in his amber colored eyes.
