Copper is a true dragon, a little one, often a friendly one, but not to be underestimated in either intellect or comparative power for his small size.  Unlike most dragons raised in their own culture this one makes regular use of equipment tailored to his size and shape.  A suit of studded leather armor, at least one ring, some kind of cloth wrapping around the base of his wings that could be a short cape, and even a few weapons painstakingly made small enough and with a slightly different grip balance to fit hands with a different number of fingers.
