Pedro was born on the streets, literally. His father had been killed before Pedro's birth, and his mother had to keep working as a seamstress and cleaner through her pregnancy. So when the time to give birth came, she was on her way home from work. Unable to move further, she stopped in an alley and gave birth there.

Growing up, Pedro loved hanging around on those self-same streets, and he was always surrounded by friends. His looks and force of personality made him a leader among the children of the street. He was also great at talking people into anything, and himself out of things when one of his schemes invariably led to a confrontation with the city guard.

Pedro was also known for his ability to schmooze his way into many a bedroom, and over the last few years, more than one upset parent has been looking for the boy. He was always one step ahead though. That is, until last night when he’d found himself in the chambers of Alinna, the niece of Lady Jamandi Aldori. Now, instead of a plush soft bed, he finds himself on a cold stone slab in a 6 by 8-foot cell.

Jamandi’s steward gave him an option though. Join a party of adventurers she is sending into the stolen lands, or be left in here for what could be a long, long time.
