European Space Entreprises is a pulbic/private consortium formed under ESA umbrela when space operations began to be marginally profitable.

It was severly criticised by other space venture companies as being too subsidized, and by others as being a privatization of ESA, but it seems to have been well by EU authorities, as they see it as anothre step to unity without governmental full control.
