William is a gamma in the Black Moon motorcycle gang / werewolf pack. Unlike the other members of the gang, William is more diplomatic and caring and disagrees with the way Dexter runs the gang. He hasn't openly challenged him but he has been able to persuade Dexter to back down form situations once or twice.
