TWO A - PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES

Description



Xiulan is 5'5" with White/blonde hair that has a hint of purple down to her neck. Her eyes are an unnatural purple as well. She can seem stiff at times in her joints causing some of her movements to be awkward at times.

She dresses in a bit more of a casual manner with Jeans, shirt, and a jacket. Though she does switch it up for a goth metal look with black skirts and blouses.

The outer self

This is the personality that the outside world sees. It is how they present themselves and how people perceive them.

Xiulan is confused about where she is and just wants to get her life together. She can be a bit brash but she does not seek out trouble.

The Innerself

Even though she doesn't remember much about her past she knows it was harsh with her being treated badly. The strong only live in this world and you can do what ever you need to live.

She wants to establish herself on the island and solve the problem of her ever present need to take life energy in order to keep up her strengths. She knows what she is and that the stronger she absorbs the stronger she becomes.

This being said she likes strength in others and wants to follow strength. Something about her existence now makes her crave it and she would like to minion to a truly strong one.

Xiulan fears of losing her energy and getting reduced to nothing more then a stiff corpse that can only hop.


Strengths

She can play the bass very well and the heavy sounds that come from it seem to resonate with her.

Xiulan is incredibly strong and has a huge tolerance for pain. The more she absorbs the stronger she can become and even obtain magical energies.

She wants to follow another and can be a bit easily deceived.

Jiangshi need to absorb life energy of living things in order to live. If she does not absorb then she will be reduced to an animated corpse that cant even bend her own joints.

TWO C - FAMILY AND HISTORY


Character history, family member names, occupations, notable features, are they still alive?

Xiulan was born in the 1940s in China. She was a peasant girl who eked out a small existence on her rural village. Her own passions and time to shine were singing and getting to play an instrument. She was pretty good at this. Her abilities, and her looks, brought her to the attention of a local Party Official. He came in to the village and bought her. He sold it has she was going to the Prefecture capital to join the music school there. He wanted her for himself however. Xiulan did not like him or his advances and after a few rebuffs he sent her to a collective camp and there ensured she would be treated harshly.

Xiulan would not leave that camp alive. After her death her body was taken by a powerful mystic her turned her into the Jiangshi and used her as his puppet. What she did in his works Xiulan does not really remember. She can only really remember bits of the part when she was alive. All she knows now is she woke up laying in one of the parks on the island with her charm on the side of her head and it was torn a bit.
