Mike Lapatin is 6' 1" and around 180 pounds, with wavy brown blonde hair & brown eyes. He has an athletic build from enjoying sports during his time at school and then the physical training required to join the local police force. His natural good looks and easy-going demeanour allow him to makes friends easily. He is generally found well dressed in either his police uniform or clothes from his parent's tailor shop.

Mike was born to Laurent and Mara Lapatin who run Lapatin Suits in Fox Point between the Providence and Seekonk Rivers at 195 Wickenden Street. Living above the shop with his parents Mike is an easy-going handsome young man who grew up well educated and enjoys dressing well in clothes made by his mother & father. He is very proud of his upbringing and after working hard and doing well at school joined the local police department as a uniformed patrolman, he has recently been studying to take his sergeants exam and has aspirations of perhaps making it to be a detective one day. Mike's uncle is Georges Leclerc who is a local businessman with ties to the French Canadian area of Providence.
