A bit of a dandy and wastrel, his main chore as Viscount is the collection of taxes, and the nuts and bolts of this is run by the town council anyway.

Almost as minor a noble as it is possible to be, the young Viscount spends his days with refined activities, reading histories, writing poetry, and painting.
He is struggling to learn how to play the dulcimer, but he doesn't really have the ear, though his teacher denies this. He has aspirations of composing as well.
When it isn't too hot he swims, or plays lawn tennis.
In the evenings he likes to dance, and he maintains a small coterie of hangs-on who ooh and ahh at his prowess, while eating his food.
