Background: Born and raised in the Chicago area, Brynna was always involved in some kind of sports or outdoor activities. Her father was a scout leader and she often accompanied him and her older brother on scout camping trips. She completed all the badge work, including much of the Eagle Scout criteria, but of course this was back before girls were allowed to be a scout other than a Girl Scout. She did fairly well in school, getting good enough grades and scoring well on the ACT and SAT to get into the University of Southern California. As much as she loves Chicago, she wanted to go somewhere a lot warmer with more opportunities.
Other: Her father, Andrew, works for a large accounting firm and her mother, Allison, has gone back into pharmaceutical sales. Her older brother, Liam, also works at the accounting firm with their father.
