Description:  Despite CSpan not being the most physically imposing of individuals, she still carries herself with stubbornness and brittle self-assurance that can only come from having to scrabble for table scraps on the mean streets.  But her hard-edged manner is such that, CSpan appears to know very well that Life™ could be different - and she fights hard to get back there.

Her strength is best described as wiry, while CSpan's build is athletic and quite toned.  Her eye color, skin tone, and hair color all seems to shift with her mood (and whim).  The blue-eyed, pale., platinum blonde with pink and blue highlights one day can give way to a tan, neon-green haired goddess with green eyes the next.  However, the body art on her arms, back, and neck doesn't seem to change.

Her reflexes are only slightly above average, but her fine- and gross-motor control movements are decisive and focused.  And the young woman can drive, which as a Nomad is probably to be expected.  The tattoo on the inside of her left forearm marks her as a member of the BFC Construction Pack, in the procurement division.  She is always on the lookout for materials (raw and personnel), fuel, and vehicles.  She's decent with a wrench; at least, when it comes to cars.

Often found wearing her favorite high necked, charcoal suede, short-sleeved, backless shirt, she accessorizes with the matching bolero jacket and high-waisted leather pants.  Mundane, if functional and stylish, sunglasses (which are not-too round, which would not flatter her face) are sometimes seen - but, since she has to wear helmets and gas masks sometimes, the eyewear is completely optional.  She almost never wears hats.

When expecting trouble, CSpan carries a Sternmeyer P-35 in a shoulder holster tucked under her left arm and a tactical combat machete strapped to her right thigh for weaponry.  While pulling on a longer, tailored reinforced trench coat for protection.  She has something a little larger squirreled away in her vehicle for when things get ... more complicated.  Also, she's been known to sleep in that vehicle (Auwana - Hawaiiian: 'rove/wander') - especially after a less than harmonious breakup.  Which means that CSpan sleeps there often.  And is likely sleeping there tonight.
