Like most Cereans, Nel-Arpa is tall, thin and marked out by an elongated cranium surrounded by a well maintained curtain of blonde hair. Of Rho Team, she seems to be the youngest, and certainly the one who seems to have sustained the least damage since their deployment to the Outer Rim.

Immaculately turned out in the attire of a middle-level Republican bureaucrat, she is rarely seen without at least one datapad in her hands, and a custom readout visor which has been cleverly integrated into a pair of eyeglasses.

When she's not staring at a datapad intently, or hurrying between one of the various meetings she seems to be flooded with, Nel-Arpa's features still betray an overarching sense of worry and concern, although whether that is because of the challenges of her role, or due to some other, internal concern, is harder to determine.
