Teddy stands 5'11 and weights around 175.  He has brown hair and brown eyes and is clean shaven.  He is right handed and wears a Colt '44 on his right side with a hunting knife on the left.  He has a ready smile and enjoys a bit of humor when he can.  He has a long scar on the left side of his neck.

Being new in town, and having just obtained a position as the deputy, he looks forward to meeting people.

When people ask him about himself, they will find that Teddy was, by all appearances, just a regular soldier during the war.  He will tell folks he fought for the Virginia Regiment in a number of places, but the fact was, he doesn't talk about anything before the last year of the war.  He seems to go quiet about anything further.  Now, he just wants to have an enjoyable life, and maybe be a good enough deputy to one day become the sheriff.  He doesn't drink much, as he has too many secrets locked away, but he know how to put on a show of enjoying himself.
