Lord Velans
Alternate terms of Address: High Lord of Fionn, King of Lurach.

Physical Description:
Quite a short man, close to five-six, and of a slender build. Velans has red-gold shoulder-length hair, blue-green eyes and a face which best can be described as nondescript. Seemingly unremarkable in his demeanour he still manages to evoke feelings of  fear and loyalty, according to the intent of the viewer, why this is, is open to much debate.
   Velans tends to wear pale and pastel shades, and clothes of a conservative cut.

Background info:
Ruler of the premier realm of Fionn, Velans has great power, although he tends to operate via proxy within his realm and is notable for his tendency to take the opinions of the peoples of his realm into account when making decisions, at least in public.
  Fionn is a technologically advanced realm which by all accounts is run with efficiency and some measure of fairness.
