Nikola grew up in a lower-middle class Romanian  family  that moved with the aspirations og their kids getting a higher education on sciences  but the oppresive climate of corporate state made it imposible and they had to choose non qualified jobs to survive, she still aspired to master different knowledge areas by self learning which led her to become more aware of environmental issues, even though  witnessing how much pollution affected her family health for worse as a result of some technologies , her scientific learning made her not totally against technlogy, since believes that some of it can be put to good use, but its up to them to catalize the revolution and to overthrow the corporations that hurt mother earth,  despite a noble heart, her self steem and identity issues make her a person who is consummed by her passions and therefore sometimes gets too much detached from the rest of the people, using cold-rationalism as a defense mechanism to handle fears and insecurities, until the moment that the fear turns off and the anger and resentment unleash a blind fury..
