Vincent is over 6 feet tall, and lanky, but deceptively very strong. He wears coveralls and a long coat (when cold). from his elbows to his fingertips are perpetually covered in dried grease and dirty. He has many tattoos that are identified as "Jailhouse/Prison Tattoos". He wears his hair in four foot long dreadlocks, and his beard is a big shaggy and unkept. His eyes are a striking blue, almost white, and the indifference he looks at most people with can be unsettling. Although he hears perfectly well, he cannot speak without the aid of a mechanical voice. He is fluent in American Sign Language, and understands English, Chinese, and Russian.
