Physical description: Claire is a woman pushing fifty, but who could easily pass for someone in thier mid to late thirties, and although the signs of age are starting to gather at her eyes and other places on her body, many would still call her beautiful. She stands five foot five and a hundred and fifteen pounds. She has blue eyes, light brown hair, and, thanks to yoga, aerobics, and good genetics, a body that is very attractive even at her age.

Character History: Convinced that good grades and a superior intellect wouldn’t be enough for her to succeed in the male-dominated fields of neurology and neurosurgery, Claire slept her way through both college and medical school.  Men, women, peers, colleagues, professors, superiors, and wealthy donors, it didn’t matter.

It was during her internship and residency that she met her husband Bill, a charming attending physician, and spent the next twenty plus years in a marriage that slowly began dissolving from the start.  After the birth of their first child, their daughter Alicia, her husband began drifting away….drifting away because they both never truly loved each other, and continued to enjoy the hedonistic tendencies of their youth.  What wasn't so lucky was that a few years later she became pregnant with twin boys, Alex and Ben, from a man who wasn’t her husband.

But things were still okay for a while, with Claire managing to skillfully balance her family, her career, and her hedonistic attitude.  And she enjoyed it!  Recently, with a loveless marriage and their children all moved out of the house, Claire and Bill decided to file for divorce, only the paperwork never got finalized before the world ended.

By the time she had graduated medical school, Claire was already regarded as one of the most talented young neurosurgeons in the world, but it turned out she was right, scholastic and scientific achievement alone wasn’t enough.  Claire had made her way to the pinnacle of her profession, and thanks to her continued hard work (and screwing) she remained there nearly two decades later.  Right up until the end of the world.

That was when, while working at a hospital during the early days outbreak, Claire found herself trapped and alone.  If she hadn't trusted a young rookie cop assigned to work security she'd likely be dead.  As it was, the hospital was one of the first, and hardest-hit areas in all of Phoenix, and she and Officer Zack Matthews had barely escaped with their lives.

Personality: A mother at heart, Claire is caring and polite, but also unafraid to test boundaries and social expectations. You'll rarely catch her being cruel unless the situation necessitates it, and the only time her face contorts in disgust is when she witnesses any form of cruelty. Claire is hardly a pure person and has a bottomless appetite for sex but she doesn’t let that pervert her personality.

Sexually Claire is a fiend, has had many, many lovers, and is both an exhibitionist and a voyeur (she's had sex on camera several times).  She's willing to try almost anything and is an experienced and considerate lover.
